Each intensive is 6 or 12 weeks with structured sessions (usually twice a week to start), plus between-session support and touchpoints. They're high-touch and limited enrollment.

Weekly or twice-weekly sessions, depending on the intensive. These aren't rushed—they're designed for depth and momentum.

Support Between Sessions

Email access for pressing matters between sessions. This matters — the healing continues throughout your daily life, extending well beyond each session.

Integration Sessions

The final 1-2 sessions focus on consolidating what you've learned and planning how to sustain this work after the intensive concludes.

I keep my practice intentionally small. When we do these intensives, I'm committing to a small number of people for that block of time. That means I'm fully present and deeply focused. You feel that warmth and attention. The work is better because of it. Your wellness is worth it.
