We begin with a complimentary 15 minute call — a relaxed, conversation to clarify what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. I'll answer your questions and you'll get a sense of my approach.

Your First Session
In our 50 minute session we'll talk about what's happening now, what you notice, and what you want to change. By the end, you'll begin to name what's been just out of reach.
How Sessions Work
Most people start with weekly 50 minute sessions; some choose every other week depending on need and schedule. I offer virtual sessions on a private platform and a limited number of in-office visits.
The Approach
I'm here to help you think differently about your patterns, your relationships, yourself. Sometimes that's gentle. Sometimes that's a careful challenge. Always with compassion and kindness.
I pay attention to what's underneath the surface: the beliefs you're still carrying, the ways you've adapted to what happened to you, the patterns that made sense once and are ready to shift.
We'll work with your whole self — your thoughts, your body, your emotions, deeply. I offer exercises, like journaling, breathing, and stress management techniques as practical ways to address what you are experiencing. We will set small achievable goals, celebrate wins, and accept recurrent patterns as part of growth, not setbacks.
What Changes Look Like
Healing is rarely linear. You'll have clarity, then confusion; you'll shift something and later see the same pattern in a different context — all part of learning, each layer bringing deeper understanding. Real change is often quiet: you respond differently to an old trigger, a conversation with your partner lands in a new way, and something you've carried for years begins to feel lighter. Little by little, you start to feel more like yourself — or even find yourself and begin to dream bigger.
