Most of the people I see are midlife women carrying more than they have said out loud, and couples who still love each other but cannot get past the same conversation. Twenty years in, I have found the room we build together matters more than any method. St. Augustine, Jacksonville, or online across Florida.
A first conversationFifteen minutes. No cost, no paperwork.
What I draw on — when you're ready for it, not before
Some seasons need steady weekly work. Others need something more concentrated. We'll work out which one on the call — there's no wrong answer.

For more than two decades I have sat with people working through trauma, transition, and the relationship patterns that quietly run the show. I am also a court-recognized forensic clinician.
My work sits where rigor meets warmth: clinical precision applied gently, at a pace that respects both your ambition and your life. Nothing is prescribed before it is understood.
It often starts with feeling unheard, or carrying something alone for a long time. It rarely stays in one box for long.
The same argument, the same distance, the same role you keep ending up in.
Something happened, or everything shifted, and the ground hasn't settled since.
A nervous system running ahead of you, and a mind that won't stand down.
The kids grew up, the marriage changed shape, and you're not sure who you are in it any more.
Endorsements from clinicians I respect, and words from people I've worked with.
Dr Jennifer Wilson is completely amazing. She has every quality that I look for in a Clinician, she is intelligent, insightful, compassionate, and deeply kind. A brilliant communicator and a gentle spirit! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Wilson is a wonderfully responsive and compassionate practitioner. When we were in urgent need of support, she stepped in without hesitation and provided the care, guidance, and reassurance we needed during a difficult moment. Her genuine commitment to helping made a meaningful difference for our family. We are deeply appreciative of the support she provided and would highly recommend her to others seeking a thoughtful, attentive, and caring therapist.
Dr. Wilson is a kind, warm, and grounding therapist. I can't say enough wonderful things about her as a human and as a therapist. Dr. Wilson is especially adept at helping people navigate life changes and developmental and lifespan milestones, especially those at midlife.
Jennifer Wilson is a truly skilled therapist. From her soothing voice to her ability to listen deeply, she creates a safe and comfortable space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. She offers thoughtful guidance without judgment, and her warmth, patience, and professionalism made a meaningful difference in my experience. I especially appreciated the practical, easy-to-use strategies she shared — which I now use every day, sometimes more than once a day, to help manage my anxiety and feel more centered.
I'm private pay. I'll give you a superbill each month so you can claim out-of-network reimbursement, and many plans cover a meaningful share of it.
Yes. I see people in person at St. Augustine and Jacksonville, or online anywhere in Florida. Plenty of people mix the two.
You tell me what's going on, I listen, and we work out together whether I'm the right person for it. About fifteen minutes, no paperwork, no commitment. If I'm not the right fit, you'll leave with a referral rather than a dead end.
An intensive is six or twelve weeks built around one specific season — a loss, a transition, a decision. Sessions run longer, I stay in contact between them, and we shape the whole arc before we start.
Honestly, it depends on what you are working through. I would rather review where we are as we go than fix a number in advance, so you always know where you stand.
Fifteen minutes, no cost, no pressure. Tell me what's going on, and we'll work out together whether I'm the right person for it.
