Community & workshops

Building connection, fostering growth.

Real change happens in connection: first in the therapy room, but also with other people working on similar questions.

That’s why I host gatherings, workshops, and community events. These are warm, open spaces where you can think about something important with other people who care about similar things, in conversations rooted in compassion and shared growth.

What we’re planning

More gatherings, through the year.

We host seasonal workshops and community gatherings: panels on relationships and identity, wellness conversations, space to think through the transitions that affect us all.

If you’d like to know when the next gathering is scheduled, reach out and I’ll add you to the community list.
