Dr. Jennifer Wilson, PhD, LCSW, is a court-recognized forensic clinician with twenty-plus years of practice in trauma, child and family clinical work, and clinical supervision. Available to retain for evaluation, consultation, and expert testimony in Northeast Florida.
Scope of Forensic Work
Engagements include independent clinical evaluation, trauma assessment, document and case review, treatment-record review, consultation with retained counsel, and expert testimony at deposition and trial. Reports are written for the trier of fact — clear, defensible, and grounded in the relevant clinical literature.

Recognized by Florida courts as an expert in clinical assessment and trauma treatment. PhD; Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Curriculum vitae and prior testimony list available on request.

Engagement Process
Initial contact is by attorney inquiry. After a brief conflict check and scope review, we discuss the questions you need answered, the documents you have, the timeline, and the deliverable. Engagement letters and retainers are handled on a per-matter basis.
Fee Structure
Forensic engagements are fee-for-service and billed against a retainer. Hourly rates apply to evaluation, document review, report drafting, deposition, and trial testimony, with separate scheduling for travel where required. Specifics are confirmed in the engagement letter.
